Janice Gott

CEO and Founder of MUU

Janice founded MUU as she went back to work after the birth of her first child, seeing the glaring need for simpler portable breast pumps. She patented the Muu pump, and turned the long-standing market leader’s product into a now discreetly wearable solution. MUU’s pipeline includes other category-defining innovations that rest on their core tenets to simply postpartum essentials and make them accessible.

Daniela Amodei

President and Co-Founder of Anthropic

Daniela co-founded Anthropic in 2021 with her brother Dario, leaving OpenAI on the conviction that frontier AI should be built by a company structured to put safety first. She brought an operator’s discipline from Stripe to a research lab, growing a seven-person team into the company behind Claude. Anthropic’s Public Benefit charter and Long-Term Benefit Trust are her bet that responsible scaling and commercial success reinforce each other.

Hudson Hollister

CEO and Founder, HDATA

Hudson founded HData after observing that we may have been better prepared for — and potentially avoided — the financial crisis if regulators had a system to glean data insights from reports instead of having the data trapped in non-standardized PDF forms. Starting with the energy industry, he is on a mission to drive policy change and devise better technology for better reporting, leading to better decisions that have macro effects.

Miriam Roure

Founder and CEO of Kara

Miriam founded Kara after years working at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and innovation, from the MIT Senseable City Lab to leading URBAN-X, where she helped build and scale more than 90 startups. She saw that private markets were still making critical investment decisions with data trapped across spreadsheets, PDFs, and portfolio companies. She built Kara to change that. Kara uses AI to turn fragmented private-market data into structured intelligence, giving financial institutions a system of record for reporting, compliance, risk, and decision-making. Her ambition is to build the data and intelligence infrastructure for private markets.

Brett Adcock

Founder and CEO of Figure AI and Hark

Brett has founded four companies across three industries, taking Vettery to an acquisition and Archer Aviation public before starting Figure in 2022 to build a general-purpose humanoid robot. He assembled the team from Boston Dynamics, Tesla, and DeepMind, and built Helix, Figure’s in-house vision-language-action model. In late 2025 he self-funded Hark, an AI lab pairing frontier models with original hardware to give personal intelligence a body of its own.

Kourtney “KB” Leigh

CEO, TINGE

Kourtney founded TINGE on the conviction that feeling good in your own skin shouldn’t stop at the face, and that beauty’s focus should be on how people feel, rather than exclusively how they look. A former competitive dancer, she went looking for buildable, water- and transfer-resistant body makeup that looked and felt like an extension of her, and found nothing that bridged the gap between stage and real life. Now a working mom, her need is unchanged: makeup that holds up through pool parties, gym sessions, and long working days. TINGE is her answer to that gap, body makeup and care built for confidence in the spotlight and everyday life.

Jane Mosbacher Morris

CEO and Founder, TO THE MARKET

Jane founded TO THE MARKET with a vision of reimagining supply chains to help companies create the economic empowerment that comes from safe, dignified, fairly paid work in one of the largest industries in the developing world. After seeing the opaque nature of manufacturing first-hand during her time in the US Department of State, she felt compelled to find a way to empower corporations, retailers, and brands to use compliant, transparent procurement as a way to advance their own sustainability goals.

Allison Watkins

CEO of YoniFIt

After the birth of her children, Allison came to understand first-hand the mental and emotional toll incontinence takes. She pored over her own condition, looking for a better way to manage her leaks and out of that search, the YōniFīt was born. Once she had a working prototype that changed her own life, and once she learned the condition affects roughly 1 in 3 women globally, she was all in. She took her life savings, filed her first patents, went to the FDA, and formed a company. Helping women who suffer from this condition is, in her words, her calling.

Aravind Srinivas

Co-Founder and CEO of Perplexity

Aravind co-founded Perplexity in 2022 after research stints at OpenAI and DeepMind, betting that search should return a cited answer rather than ten blue links. Raised in Chennai and trained at IIT Madras and Berkeley, he has taken the company from four founders to one of the few credible challengers to Google, and pushed it past search into the browser and agent layer with Comet and Computer.

Zachary Irwin

CEO and Founder of Downstream

Zachary founded Downstream with the conviction that construction procurement shouldn’t still depend on phone calls, spreadsheets, and fragmented local relationships. Project teams spend an enormous amount of time finding vendors, comparing pricing, coordinating rentals, and reconciling invoices. Work that technology should make dramatically easier. Downstream is building the infrastructure to bring that entire process into one place, giving construction teams a faster, more transparent way to source, rent, manage, and pay for the equipment and site services they need across every project.

What FOUNDERS

What FOUNDERS

are saying about Capital Human

“Human Capital is one of Muu’s most valuable investors. They are founder-friendly in the ways that matter most: uniquely collaborative, actively involved in our 911 think tanks, and eager to be a strategic problem solver alongside us. Their approach has always been through the lens of “How can we be the most helpful partner” versus “This is how it’s done.”

– Janice Gott, CEO of MUU

“My favorite investor on the cap table and one of the most brilliant individuals I know, Mitz Banarjee is THE founder’s investor. In a world where it is rare to find a genuine, understanding yet no-nonsense, kindly candid advisor and supporter writing big checks that actually move the needle, My Human Capital is the holy grail. I consider Mitz not just an investor and advisor, but a trusted friend and confidant. He knows “the grind” because he has been there, done that.”

– Allison Watkins, CEO of YoniFIt

“The most transformative partner on our cap table. The mentorship extends well beyond me to key members of my team, and it’s made us all better leaders. My first call when there’s bad news, and my first call on the toughest problems.”

– Hudson Hollister, CEO of Hdata

“Mitz has become one of those people we know we can call when there’s a problem to solve, regardless of where it sits in the organization. He’s worked directly with our executive team, managers, and individual contributors, and he brings the same level of energy and commitment to every conversation. What stands out most is his ability to quickly understand the person and the problem, challenge the way they’re thinking, and leave them more confident about what they need to do next. There’s a running joke at Downstream that anyone who spends time with Mitz walks away saying, “I’m ready to run through a brick wall.” That impact has extended well beyond me personally and has made a real difference across our company.”

– Zachary Irwin, CEO and Founder of Downstream

“Mitz is the king of connection. One of the first things he did as an early investor in TINGE was introduce me to Janice Gott, a founder of MUU, another one of his portfolio companies. He connected us as new moms and fellow women founders in the CPG space, but little did he (or I) know that it would spark something kismet: Janice introduced me to a dear friend of hers, a celebrity makeup artist who came on as our artistry advisor, and that same friend went on to introduce us to the lead investors in our seed round. So much of our last year of growth traces back to that one introduction. Mitz and Janice are to thank for it. But beyond the generosity of his time and his network, Mitz is the rare investor who makes you feel like your company is the only one that matters when you’re in the room with him. He backs founders as people first, and it shows in every interaction. Working with Mitz and Capital Human hasn’t just moved TINGE forward, it’s made me a more confident, better-connected founder!”

– Kourtney “KB” Leigh, CEO TINGE
